Off with his Head (thing)

OK -- I have the alleged "part 4" of "Off with his head" to post yet, but the rest of this tutorial seems rather obvious to me. Does anyone really want the part 4 or need it to finish what we started?

It would be helpful to me since I'm new to GiMP although not new to digital imaging. Don't do it just for me though.

What Kind of Blog is this?
